Agreed. Presumption is not proof. Since Sandbox was revealed to be on a separate planet or moon and not the Ark, and that Sandbox and Sandtrap are the same locale, it's now very unclear if the Aegis Fate even went to the Ark. No longer a coincidence. We codified that the symbol on the ''Dawn'', and identical to the one on ''Aegis Fate'', signifies the 7th Fleet (Essential Visual Guide). This is a different fleet from the Home Fleet and the Epsilon Eridani Fleet. |

Ship on Sandtrap is Forward Unto Dawn u Freakin Idiots--Toad Elite 02:13, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- Can anyone tell if it has an identifiable Hull Classification Symbol? --EDFile:ArmyROTC.gif 18:05, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
- According to my memory when I last played Sandtrap, it is "FFG-301", and I've added that to the HCS page, sir. =] Cheers, RelentlessRecusant 'o the Halopedia Team TALK • MESSAGE 18:14, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
- I checked, and it's actually FFG-307 - but close! Honour Light Your Way - File:HalfJaw03.jpg Kora ‘Morhek The Battle-Net My Conquests. 03:10, 10 October 2007 (UTC)
-Just wanted to say, what a great picture, you can actually see a pair of point defense turrets on the frigate! -Anonymous
Length
I hate how people always think that it's 14 km. It's just a normal frigate. If it was 14 fricken kilometers, it would have been larger than the Dreadnought. Ludicris.
- Well, i took that out of the article, so that shouldnt be a problem. Honour Light Your Way - File:HalfJaw03.jpg Kora ‘Morhek The Battle-Net My Conquests. 02:29, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
At the Ark
Where is it ever stated that the Aegis Fate was at the Ark? For all we know, it could be at any planet. --Hunter-113 22:19, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
It should be presumed as such, though. The looming tower in the background has to be Forerunner architecture, and the outer ring of the map is reminiscent of the beginning of the Ark campaign level. -user:Geo_X

Not on Sandtrap
It can't be on sandtrap. Modded maps have moved the ship into the playable feild, and on the side it said forward unto dawn.
- Scratch what I said previously, it does say Aegis Fate on it, what are you talking about?XRoadToDawnX 02:08, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
The ship on Sandtrap is the Aegis Fate FFG-307. The modded map, for some reason, two Forward Unto Dawns.
I was wondering. What is the easter egg? I looked at the guns, I couldn't see anything to do with Transformers.Dmm White 15:19, 20 May 2008 (UTC)
My friend showed me vid in which someone had managed to get the frigate in the playable field, now how can ou mod the map to do that?

Easter egg
It is an Easter egg in which you have to find the Marine beacon which unlocks a cut seen for Aegis Fate moving it to a playable position on sandtrap as seen in its hex code.

-Blam!-
On Halo:Reach if you name a map Aegis Fate it will replace it with -Blam!-. I don't understand why they would do this for a name they have used in there own games.
- It's a joke, like making your ID "117".-- Forerunner 19:30, 21 December 2010 (EST)
