L. Jenkins was a UNSC Marine infantryman who participated in an engagement against the Covenant during the Human-Covenant War.[1]
He is first seen in a piece of gallery art in the Halo Graphic Novel, where he is depicted ducking to avoid a thrown Type-1 Antipersonnel Grenade, with two other Marines including L. P. B.

- It is unknown whether or not L. Jenkins is related to Captain Jenkins, who was a UNSC Naval officer that served during the Second Battle of Harvest with Battlegroup Phi, or PFC Wallace A.
