On Four Player Co-Op (and possibly three player), at the very end of the level, a Huragok/Engineer will provide extra shielding to the Elite Ultra (and the Grunts) you face. He's found in the same area as the Elite.--164.104.1.63 16:41, 29 November 2010 (EST)
