A Covenant Tug is a vehicle used by the Covenant Navy. It has been described as having two U-shaped hulls that separate and clamp onto another vehicle.[1] One hull would connect to the stern while the other connects to the bow of the damaged ship. Both sections would then tow the disabled vehicle to the nearest repair center. It has also been called a Covenant Ferry.
At the beginning of Operation: FIRST STRIKE, Blue Team was towed aboard the Unyielding Hierophant by one of these tugs.[1]
