Captain Jenkins was a Senior Officer in the UNSC Navy [1]. He served with Battlegroup Phi during the Second Battle of Harvest in 2531. It is unknown whether he is related to Private Jenkins , who was a UNSC Marine assigned to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn during the Battle of Installation 04 and a victim of the Flood parasite, or to L. Jenkins, who was a Marine that fought in the Battle of Earth.
