The Hall is a Covenant structure, set to feature in Halo Wars. It is built onto the Citadel, and is where the player builds Unggoy Lances (Unggoy lead by Sangheili), Mgalekgolo and Kig-yar. This is also the place where Covenant upgrades on weapons and armor are researched. [1]
