The piece heard from the beginning to 1:31, Rue and Woe, is remade in "Black Tower", is played when Miranda Keyes is killed, and the part heard from 1:38 to 3:45, Respite, which is mostly the same as the stand-alone track "High Charity (Music)", is re-used in the piece Tribute.

Trivia
- This song is also a homage and somewhat of a remake to Alex Seropian's Leela theme heard in the first Marathon game. This piece can be specifically heard from 6:11 to 8:29.
