It is said it will be the scariest map of all time. Dark, frightening and surprisingly enormous. It will includes vehicles (The Mongoose was named in an update), but Bungie have also said that it will not 'need' them, possibly hinting at the use of Man Cannons already seen in maps like Narrows.
