Background
He was born on March 20th, 2527 in New Legaspi, Katagalugan on a UNSC-terraformed Mars. Thereafter, he enlisted into the UNSC Marine Corps at the age of 21 on June 6th, 2548. He was present at the First and Second Battle of Earth.[1]
He has also visited New Manila, though it's unknown when or why.
