Fear the Pink Mist is a Halo 3 Achievement. It is awarded for killing 5 enemies with a Needler in a ranked, free-for-all match or Campaign.
It is represented by a red circle with a Needler and five hearts.
This achievement is most likely a reference to the large explosion created by firing a Needler continuously at someone. The name also appears to be a reference to the movie Jarhead, in which snipers refer often to the "pink mist" after a successful kill.
