The UNSC Halo 3 Base is a United Nations Space Command underground base in the surrounding area of Mount Kilimanjaro in Kenya. It could be in Mt. Elgon due to existing cave networks and the reference in the countdown. It is featured in the second campaign mission of Halo 3, Crow's Nest.
