When a player gets this medal the announcer will shout "Killtacular!" to the player that received this medal. In Halo 2, this medal was called Kill Frenzy.

Getting this medal on a Mythic map will unlock the Killtacular achievement. An easy way to do this is to play Grifball on Sandbox.
