The most prominent Prophets are of course the Hierarchs. However, Prophet Councilors, also known as "Lesser Prophets,"and "Minor Prophets", are extremely important in the Covenant society. They share power with the Sangheili on the High Council. They wear Antigrav Belts instead of using Gravity Thrones. When not in the presence of the Hierarchs they appear to wear amber crowns set with gem stones.
