If this was agreed on, perhaps you could link to the talk page where such discussion took place. How are new users (yes, like myself) expected to know that a decision was reached? May I point out that Yamanba seems to be exaggerating; it is not unreasonable to assume that Crewman (pay-grade E3 (as equivalent to lance corporal)) is not the lowest navy enlisted rank and would have subordinate ranks. | If this was agreed on, perhaps you could link to the talk page where such discussion took place.
