Little is known about "Team X-ray".[1] They were a team of Spartan-III Program. They went to exercise/train near Zone 67 on Onyx where they disappeared after having reported sightings of a "floating eye". It was discovered years later by Kurt, Dr. Halsey and Franklin Mendez that they had encountered the Onyx Sentinels. After their encounter, several were placed inside Forerunner stasis pods. Their pods were later brought to the Dyson Sphere when the other Spartans entered.
