Victoria was a UNSC colony world in the 111 Tauri System. It was the location of Camp New Hope, a camp controlled by the United Rebel Front. The world itself is dense and forested.[1]
In 2531, five SPARTAN-IIs infiltrated Camp New Hope, stealing rebel nuclear weapons and killing a prominent rebel leader, General Howard Graves. It is unclear what has become of the world since then, though it was most likely glassed by the Covenant.
