Tantalus is a human colony located in the Epsilon Eridani system.[1] Not much is known about the colony, except that during the Fall of Reach, Admiral Roland Freemont ordered all UNSC ships from Tantalus to aid in the defense of Reach. The current status of the planet is unknown.[2]
Trivia
- The colony is likely named after a Tantalus of Greek mythology, or the city that bore his name.
- In the Halo: Reach live-action short Spaceport, Tantalus is a destination listed at the Manassas Spaceport.
