Miguel Ferrer is an American actor. Born as a naturalized American citizen in Santa Monica, California, he has Puerto Rican ancestry. He voiced Sesa 'Refumee, the Heretic leader, in Halo 2, and has also made numerous appearances in many sci-fi and reality television shows and movies, such as Star Trek III: The Search for Spock.
