The Kill Frenzy Medal is awarded for killing 10 opponents without dieing. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 8 (out of 10). It is represented by a gold star with a green target. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Kill Frenzy!" to the player that recieved this medal.
