The Face in Halo is a easter egg that is in Halo 2 on the multiplayer levels Beaver Creek and Containment, where the face of Chris Carney of Bungie can be seen in the Halo ring. It is also in Halo: Combat Evolved in the multiplayer map Sidewinder and in Halo 3 in the multiplayer map Standoff.Use a x8 sniper scope to see the face more clearly.
Halo 2
On Containment it can be found by standing near the red team's base where the turret is, then zooming in with a sniper rifle at the ring (while a normal zoom can reveal the face, the sniper rifle is the ideal zooming tool).
Halo: Combat Evolved
In Sidewinder, on the blue base go until you see the little island right in front of your base. On the side, there will be a little face.
Halo 3
On Standoff, the face can be seen on the moon off in the distance. Simply zoom into it using a Sniper Rifle or Beam Rifle like with the other faces. On Valhalla, on the platform where the Banshees are there is a face of Bungie's dog Ling-Ling.
Trivia
- In an episode of This Spartan Life, the head is seen moving its mouth and talking.
