As certain Users have more knowledge in different areas of the Halo Universe why not chose a main user to keep an eye on, watch over those certain articles e.g. the star ship articles Relentless worked hard on, or all the weapon articles. They would be like Semi Admins with no privileges it would just be their job to make sure that there was no Fan Fiction or over vandalism in their articles and start up votes for articles deletion or merging; Users could go to them to refure data and so on. They could be chosen by the Admins or elected by the users meaning starting up campaigns which would be very amusing. And given Titles to fit their job e.g. [[Imperial Admiral]] it was just a thought. --[[User:Climax Viod|Climax Viod]] 15:45, 17 January 2007 (UTC) | As certain Users have more knowledge in different areas of the Halo Universe why not chose a main user to keep an eye on, watch over those certain articles e.g. the star ship articles Relentless worked hard on, or all the weapon articles. Easter Eggs Page
Your page has some of the easter eggs from H1 and some from H2?
Bungie.net
Do you have a bungie name and do you spend time on bungie? —This unsigned comment was made by 139.168.227.250 (talk • contribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
- I'm Dragonclaws there, but I don't think I've ever posted. --Dragonclaws 08:13, 12 November 2006 (UTC)
- You should, most people know the Halopedia and you would be well known.
Clan Articles?
As i know that you are an admin, would you consider it fitting that we have a alphabetical page listing clans that support Halo and Halo 2? if they stop supporting the games they would be immediatly removed, and you could make a rule that only clans in existence longer then 6 months could be included. Just an Idea, because gamers ARE the ones who visit this site. (P.S.- you, me and ryangreenday have the same name... coincidence?) —This unsigned comment was made by Ryanman (talk • contribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
- I wouldn't think so. There are an awful lot of clans, and I think the only relevent ones would be those mentioned by Bungie. Even so, I wouldn't think they each deserve an article. And unless you all were brought here by the government, I think it is a coincidence. --Dragonclaws 01:11, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
May I Enquire About somthing
I respect you allot for what you are do for the Halo community and the Halopedia but you removed one of my edits that linked to a site about the Easter Eggs in the halo series in the article I wrote. I wasn’t meant to advertise but just give someone a place to go to get some info on the topic. I’m sorry if this violates your terms but I think it would be good to have a link there. I didnt intent to spam your article, but to improve it. Will you let a link reside there?
- I would rather not. Halopedia is an archive of information pertaining to Halo, and it seems bad to send visitors to another site rather than publish the information here. --Dragonclaws 07:32, 27 October 2006 (UTC)
- Permision to keep the link to the site in the Halo 2 page, in the article I wrote about easter eggs?
I think we should put it there as a "Reference".--JohnSpartan117 06:33, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
- Maybe in the External Links section, but only until we assimilate the information held on the page. I really see no point in keeping such information seperate from Halopedia itself when its goal is to log such information. I hope that made sense. --Dragonclaws 01:11, 2 November 2006 (UTC)
User account
Hey dragonclaws this is haloman333, did my user get deleted while I was gone?
- We've moved to a new site (halo.wikia.com). You'll have to make a new account. --Dragonclaws 03:42, 12 August 2006 (UTC)
Press for Halopedia
Dragonclaws - let me know when you or your fellow admins would like to get some press for your cool project. We can have our PR team reach out to magazines or blogs of your choice! Do you know who owns Halopedia.com? It would be great if we could host all the content under the old URL [Gil] ([talk]) 03:52, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Hey, I just created a new page "90 Degree Banshee Fire." Its a glitch I discovered and I want to put it in that section. How do I go about that?

Can u turn on your email, so I can email you through Halopedia? -- Esemono 22:54, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, I think it's enabled. --Dragonclaws 06:26, 13 December 2006 (UTC)
Forerunner
Dragonclaws
we need more informaton on forerunner knowlege, RR has made templets, so could you help, and tell other uses to contribuit, this would help halopedia alot. any theriers about the ark or the forerunner ship you would like to shair? Sence the covenant ships are almost complet, halopedia should foces on forerunner knowlege. Admaral Sozai
- There simply is not very much known about the Forerunners, and Halopedia should avoid speculation when it's avoidable. --Dragonclaws 22:12, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
Triple Kill
Mr. Dragonclaws,
You've outdone yourself once again.
A Bravo Zulu for an excellent job revamping the CovShiptemplate.
You may affix this to your userpage.
Cheers,

- Thank you, RelentlessRecusant. --Dragonclaws 22:12, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
how?
how do u make the {{TalkAddNewMsg}} thing to be a different color? RimFire
- I recreated it here. Copy it into User:RimFire/TalkAddNewMsg and change the color values to your liking, then use it on your talk page with {{User:RimFire/TalkAddNewMsg}}. --Dragonclaws 22:10, 19 December 2006 (UTC)
thankyou RimFire
Favor, please?
Unless I am mistaken, you have sysop rights. I would appreciate it if you went to MediaWiki:Licenses and edited it to contain the following:
*game-screenshot|Screenshot from a Halo game *logo|Company logo *mypic|Image created by me *nocopy|Image is in the public domain *joypic|Image is from Joyride Studios
This will add a drop down that gives image uploades the ability to select a liscence for their image. If they don't select anything, though, it won't add anything. If you want to see what this looks like, they have this at the Wikipedia upload page, and I created a similar thing on the RuneScape Wiki's upload page, although I monkeyed with it to be for categories instead. Thanks for your help! -- Couchpotato99 (talk) (contribs) 23:02, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
- Okay, seems to work. --Dragonclaws 23:28, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
VIDS VIDS AND MORE VIDS!
I found two sites with halo and halo 2 cutscenes, I wasn't sure if you knew or not but just a thought.

RE:ONI
I'm not quite sure, although one imperious imperative is in (alliteration, I know) my mind: categorize as much as possible.

- Hanging to the side like my weps template? Sure, although it'll screw around a 'lil with the references for some of the articles. Just lemme know. Cheers, 49 Proximal Secant[oracle]File:H3 Monitor.PNG 21:07, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
RE:Did you know?
I'd spend my time on something like that, Ryan.

i'm new to the halopedia and iwas just wondering, how do you get the medals? —This unsigned comment was made by Spartan-118 (talk • contribs). Please sign your posts with ~~~~
- You mean the awards on my userpage? Two of them are official Halopedia awards you can read about here, and the others were given by a specific user for what he percieved as great edits in the wiki. --Dragonclaws 07:11, 1 January 2007 (UTC)
- That "specific user" would be me, R-R. They were awarded for exceptional work on templates to Dragonclaws. Cheers, 49 Proximal Secant[oracle]File:H3 Monitor.PNG 23:27, 1 January 2007 (UTC)

- You mean the "Grunt info" type stuff? I just figured there had been enough time for debate, and followed the votes. As an admin, it is part of my function to help maintain the wiki by pruning such articles. No offense, but I don't find that action worthy of thanks. You're welcome, though. --Dragonclaws 02:48, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
- yeah, that stuff. it's just b/c I don't have admin powers yet, and I HATE stuff trashing up Halopedia...I've been here for under half a year, but I'm doin' my best to make it exceptional! Cheers, 49 Proximal Secant[oracle]File:H3 Monitor.PNG 02:52, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

would it be too much to request promotion to staff, Dragonclaws?
Thanks!

- Isn't CaptainAdamGraves higher with a 29? --Dragonclaws 03:20, 6 January 2007 (UTC)
- Zarengo and opus dei316 both have 25, but they've only been sent invites; they haven't joined yet. Other than that, Relentless is the highest at 24, because CaptainAdamGraves hasn't even been sent an invitation. Guesty-Persony-Thingy 04:28, 6 January 2007 (UTC)

My Assistance
I have a very large collection of Covenant images (1 and 1/2 hard drives of it), and i'd be willing to add pics to some of the ranks here. I've already added pics to the Councilors and Imperial Admirals, and i need to know what else is lacking pics. If you need anything just ask, i've got tons of free time, just send me what you need done. Thanks. --Shch 'Nodotee 02:55, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Image:Glassing reach 2.JPG
The image to the right has been requested for use on the Covenant CCS-class Battlecruiser page. Please make a ruling so that users can know whether it can be added to the page or not. -- Esemono 23:57, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
- Hey, i know that pic. That's the one i put in there. What's wrong with it?--Shch 'Nodotee 10:47, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- It's not that there's anything wrong with it, it's just that it's fanart, so it has to be approved first. Well, actually, no. What's wrong with it is that it's really bad quality, according to Ryan, but just one more vote to keep, and it'll stay. =D guesty-persony-thingy 21:34, 12 January 2007 (UTC)
- Ok, i understand now. I justed wanted to find a better pic for the CCS-class. Those ships are my second favorite, and i wanted to see it's article improved. That's why i added all the inside pics of the ship.--Shch 'Nodotee 21:37, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

Categorization
Thanks for helping me out, but could you possibly categorize the Flood a little more specifically? Like under Category:Carrier Screenshots or Category:Combat Screenshots or something? Don't worry about the ones you've already done, I'll fix them, but it's just better if it's more specific. Thanks! guesty-persony-thingy 04:24, 14 January 2007 (UTC)
