A teleporter (left) and teleporter exit (right) in Halo 1.

Halo's surface is littered with small teleporters which allow for instantaneous transport over short distances to another teleporter or a teleporter exit point. Although they act similarly to Halo's teleportation grid, they are unable to transport over long distances. In Multiplayer, these are seen on multiplayer levels such as Blood Gulch and Beaver Creek. However, in multiplayer, teleporters can be found on Earth.
