Template:Human Character Infobox Private Riley was a friend of Private Kappus, and was in the same squad as , Privates Kappus Bisenti, Manuel Mendoza, PFCs Wallace A. Jenkins, Chips Dubbo, and Corporal Lovik. His squad leader was Staff Sergeant Avery Johnson. He was killed by a Flood infection form.[1]

Private Riley struggles with an Infection Form as Private Kappus tries to pull it off him.

He barely has any lines in the game, save for a few groans and yells, and is only notable for the fact that he is the first recorded Human successfully attacked by an Infection Form, when in the game Halo Wars some UNSC personnel become infected, however this was not recorded because the UNSC Spirit of Fire apparently never returned back to UNSC space, or even if it was the Flood encounters were never released. When he was attacked by the creatures, Private Kappus attempted to pull it off of him. Though the Infection Form is soon removed by Kappus, it is undoubtedly assumed that another soon found him.[2]

Trivia
