Biography
Wagner was trained at the Reach Naval Academy, which was the closest thing he had ever had to a home in the Outer Colonies.[1] In 2550, he had almost a third of his body burned away by Covenant plasma. He didn't scream or shed a tear when he was burnt.[1]
Wagner held the rank of Lieutenant in 2552. Lieutenant Wagner's Prowler was one of few vessels to escape the catastrophic Battle of Reach in 2552.
