Outbound is a planetary system within the range and sphere of the Unified Earth Government. Located in the Orion Arm of the Milky Way, the system was home to the UEG colony world of Hardscrabble.[1]

History[edit]
In 2444, humanity colonized the Outbound star system, establishing the planet Hardscrabble as a UEG colony.[1] The Covenant arrived and attacked Hardscrabble in 2547 during the Human-Covenant War, ultimately glassing the planet.[1]
