Overview
Design details
The Rockeye helmet consists of a post-2552 RK-I heavy combat helmet made compatible with the GEN3 Mjolnir platform by including a simplified version of GEN2 Maverick hardware in the design.[1] The helmet is compatible with the RS[3X]/V3 LATCHLOCK attachment which represented the latest technology in passive threat warning and signal direction finding when encountering Covenant or Banished targeting scanners.[2]

The Rockeye is a helmet manufactured by Chalybs Defense Solutions based on the RK-I heavy combat helmet which has existed for decades as of 2559. Chalybs Defense Solutions utilized hardware from their own Maverick helmets to upgrade post-2552 versions of the RK-I helmet to GEN3 standards.[1]
