Fairchild Field is an airfield located on the surface of Reach. This field housed Pelican dropships, Longsword Fighters, as well as low-orbit jets called "SkyHawks." In 2552, while experimenting with the new shield installed with his MJOLNIR armor, Spartan-117 had to deal with a SkyHawk dispatched from Fairchild Field. This field is located near the Reach Military Training fields.[1]
