The unsc does have some plasma based weapons. Some documentation quiet well such as the scorpion tank and others like the prototype pla rifle and casaba howitzers and the phased plasma fusils on the green machine or the mech suit hope we get more info on these as we don't know to much. Were they revered engineered or independently developed or what.
