The Berserker Medal Is awarded in Halo 2 for killing 20 opponents in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer gametypes and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 9 out of 10. It is represented by a gold 8 pointed star with a brown target in the middle. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "Untouchable!" to the player that received this medal.
