The Disruptor is an electric-based weapon utilized by the Banished during the Installation 07 conflict.[1]
Overview
The Disruptor is a fast firing sidearm that is considered a "shock weapon". While the Disruptor is not a weapon used to drain enemy shields, it has a unique advantage against vehicles: it can disable them after seven shots — less than a clip.
Instead of an ammo clip, the disruptor uses a kind of "battery", which it uses to fire bolts of electricity from it's muzzle, similar to the shock rifle.
Variants
- Calcine Disrupter: An improved version of the Disruptor with a decreased mag from 10 to 7. Unlike the normal Disruptor, the Calcine can disable any vehicle in one shot and again only one is needed for a shock AOE to happen.
