Skimmers are an species affiliated with the Banished. They are able to fly using thrusters "wings" to maneuver.[1]
Overview
Anatomy and physiology
They are quite small, with 4 legs, a disproportionally large head, two arms, and thruster wings which they use to maneuver.[1]
