First Lieutenant Kilo-616 Was a largely unknown SPARTAN-II who's operations where mostly kept secret from even higher ONI staff. His most notable public operation was during the battle on, and subsequent Fall of Reach. His cause of death is unknown but has been presumed killed in action.

Biography

"You have been called upon to serve. You will be trained . . . and you will become the best we can make of you. You will be the protectors of Earth and all her colonies."

"Kilo" was abducted from his home world much like the rest of the SPARTAN-II program. After his successful augmentation as part of the Class II of the SPARTAN-II program, Kilo mostly disappeared from most records, showing up solely in stories told by marines who claimed to have worked with a stoic spartan who was referred to as "K-6". His last recorded mission was during the Fall of Reach where very little detail is given to on the specifics of his involvement in the fighting on Reach. Kilo-616 was declared MIA on August 25, 2552 after contact was lost with the Spartan. Kilo is still listed as MIA in accordance ONI Directive 930. Despite being listed as MIA, it is widely accepted that Kilo-616 fell in combat on Reach.

Personality

Although he did not spend a lot of time with any particular unit or group of soldiers, he generally came off as a very quiet and collected man, but became a raging typhoon when it came time to do his job.

Kilo has been known to listen to classical music while in the field, and has a fondness for Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. He hates disco music.

Preferred Equipment

During his time as a spartan Kilo acquired a particular fondness for the M274R Mongoose, often times "borrowing" them from his fellow UNSC troops for both combat and recreational uses.

Armor

Kilo-616's armor is a conglomerate of different styles working together to better allow the Spartan to perform his mission quickly and effectively no matter what that mission may be. One of the key features of his particular set is his right ODST armor shoulder pad.
