One Problem At a Time is the eighteenth track in Halo Wars: Original Soundtrack.
Overview[edit]
The track opens with strings on a flowing melody, soon joined by brass. Woodwinds take over briefly in a uncertainty melody, with percussion cutting in. The instruments fade to the background, with the track ending with soft ambiance by vocals and piano.
Appearances[edit]
The track plays in "I Doomed Humanity", the opening cutscene of the fourteenth Halo Wars campaign level Reactor, when Red Team and Sergeant John Forge are unloading the Shaw-Fujikawa Translight Engine of the UNSC Spirit of Fire.
Production notes[edit]
The name One Problem At a Time is a direct quote from James Cutter's response to Serina, who said that they cannot return to UNSC space without the engine.
