SinoViet Naval Yard AS-9 was an orbital shipyard orbiting Reach, owned and operated by SinoViet Heavy Machinery. In 2547, the site was responsible for construction of the Stalwart-class light frigate UNSC In Amber Clad and fifteen other frigates.[1] The shipyard was likely destroyed during the Fall of Reach five years later.
