Admiral I. Zhou is an officer in the UNSC Navy. At the end of the Human-Covenant War, he participated in the URNA Southwest Campaign during the Battle for Earth. On March 3, 2553, he submitted a full report of the campaign comprising 1244 files, labeled as Sequence Log 03-0997.[1]
