The Banyan tree, was a tree that was able to make it to at least a hundred meters high, where its titan branches are able to hold things observation platforms.^[1]

Banyan trees have been seen in the following places:

Near Camp Currahee, Onyx, Zeta Doradus system^[1]
Brume-sur-Mer, Meridian, Hestia system^[2]

Usage

In 2548, a large Banyan tree in Brume-sur-Mer, Meridian was used as the usual spot Victor Gallardo met Evie Rousseau near Evelynn's neighborhood.^[2]

By October 31, 2552, a large Banyan tree near Camp Currahee, Onyx was used to house an observation platform, nicknamed the "tree house", by Lieutenant Commander Kurt Ambrose.^[1]
