- The planet of Harvest is established as the 17th human colony,[note 1] the UNSC Skidbladnir transporting the first colonists. The ship, under the guidance of the AI Loki, remains in the system to keep an eye on the establishment of infrastructure.[1]

- ^ While in the book Halo: Contact Harvest it is stated that Harvest was the 17th colony established in 2468, all other material after ignores that, staying close to the 800 world model.
