Winter Contingency is the second track heard on the Halo: Reach Original Soundtrack. It contains the musical segments The Battle Begins, Lone Wolf, Distress, Blood on the Ground, Noble Mission, Bait and Switch, Free Fire Zone and Discontent.
Appearances
The Battle Begins is heard in the first campaign level of Halo: Reach, Noble Actual, and also in the trailer with the same name. Lone Wolf is heard many times during the game and is considered one of its theme songs. The rest of the songs are played during the second campaign level of Halo: Reach, Winter Contingency. Part of Lone Wolf plays in various Invasion scenarios at the start of a new phase.
