			:You're right to note the difference between when ''Infinity'' issued Thorne's booklet and the end of Halo 5/Warfleet data; there is an update in between. For the Spartans, I don't know that they are a permanent presence (at least not all of them) but I suspect they are rotated in and out on a mission-by-mission basis as needed. I do have the 'redacted' Spartan count, but unfortunately I'm not at liberty to say until 343i divulges it.
