Vari 'Damat was a Sangheili in service with the Swords of Sanghelios. In 2558, Vari was stationed as the Honorguard of Arbiter Thel 'Vadam, a position where he held discomfort in how to act, and showed concern about what Thel 'Vadam would think of him. [1] Afterwards, he joined the Swords of Sanghelios' air fleet as a Banshee pilot during the battle across Nuusra. There he found satisfaction in combat by destroying his target while dodging turret fire and the Kraken's flailing arms.[2]
