The Cordoba system, known as the Coro system by the Forerunners, is a planetary system located within the Milky Way galaxy. The system is the location of the human Outer Colony planet, Gao.[1] The system's star, Cordoba, is an orange star.[2] The system is located 8.7 light-years from the Shaps system.[3] Following the Human-Covenant War, by 2557, the Via Casilina Trade Route had arisen between the Qab, Cordoba, Shaps, Elduros, and Sverdlovsk systems.[4]
