Tim Pherson was an Office of Naval Intelligence scientist stationed at Ivanoff Station sometime between December 2554 and July 2557.[1] He examined several artifacts recovered from Installation 03, including its Activation Index.[1]
He likely died when the Didact activated the Composer on Ivanoff Station though he could be heard broadcasting instructions to various lifeboat stations as the raid continued.[2]
