Xelq 'Tylk is a Sangheili that served as the a scout-eye operator for Colony External Maintenance on the Refuge in 2553. He was once an up-and-coming floatfighter but gave it up to take the job. He is squat, stocky, and strong of arm. His mandibles are studded with bits of metal crafted from debris he found in the Refuge's debris field.[1]
