I don't actually own the ''Halo: The Essential Visual Guide'', so I can't say for certain, but using Amazon's preview/search function for the book, I can't find any reference to the state actually existing. I don't actually own the Halo: The Essential Visual Guide, so I can't say for certain, but using Amazon's preview/search function for the book, I can't find any reference to the state actually existing.
