Although a big fan of the lore, he usually deals with real world articles.

Editing the wiki since September 7, 2007. Self-taught HTML, CSS and javascript (disclaimer: still rusty with the latter). Love lurking (proud lurker since 2006) and prefer reading articles. Style of editing focuses primarily on article presentation, so do not be surprised to see me making slight/minor changes, trivial arrangements of thumbnails and criticising users on template usage as well as encouraging not to put personal thoughts/opinion/feeling into the editing process (internet will drive you nuts if you do so).

A (somewhat) proud Halopedian since 2012, Xamikaze330 focuses mostly on the many aspects of writing and editing of any given article, as well supplying ample references and images to which the article  requires and refers to, as well as making sure things stay nice and neat, no messes allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are Patrollers?

Patrollers are a group of experienced users who are given access to extra tools to help with the managing of the site and combating of vandalism.

 • Marking high quality page revisions as "patrolled" to help with the reverting of poor or bad-faith edits.
 • Deleting and undeleting pages and uploaded images.
 • Protecting a page so it can not be edited or moved by anonymous users (autoconfirmed protection) or non-admins (full/sysop protection), in accordance with the policy.
 • The ability to revert ("rollback") undesirable edits.

How do I become a Patroller?

Main article: Halopedia talk:Patrollers § Requests

On Halopedia, users have the ability to submit a request for Patroller rights on the talk page. The following requirements have been set forth for those requesting:

Requirements
 • Users must have at least 1,200 edits or sysop status on another wiki (please link to the wiki).
 • A member of Halopedia for at least four months.
 • No history of vandalism, abuse of Halopedia, or compromised accounts for the user in question.
 • No history of blocking on the basis of harassment or personal attacks.

All requests will be reviewed by the administration, who will decide whether or not to approve or deny the request. There is no limit to the amount of times a user may apply for Patroller rights. However, users must wait at least one month to submit a new request after any unsuccessful requests.

I travel around the globe quite often and will be appearing at odd hours every now and then. I blame coffee.
