Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is one of the most prominent voice actors in America. He has been acting for at least ten years, garnering a long list of voice credits ranging from The Matrix: Revolutions to The Cleveland Show.
Richardson is the voice of Tartarus in Halo 2.
