Acclaimed filmmaker Ridley Scott has been confirmed as the show's executive producer along with Scott Free TV President David Zucker, and television director Sergio Mimica-Gezzan will direct it.[1] The project will be filmed on Iceland and Ireland[2], its budget will be bigger than Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn's 10 million dollars, and it was confirmed John-117 will be not the main character, but a character who already appeared in a Halo game.[3] The project will have connections with Halo: The Television Series.[3]
