The Parliament of Harvest was the main government on the human colony of Harvest. Consisting of 24 members, it met in the Harvest Parliament Building in Utgard.[1] It took the government years of negotiations to organize the Harvest militia, requiring the unanimous approval of all Parliament members.[2]
When the Covenant first attacked Harvest, the planet's citizens were growing outraged by Governor Nils Thune, due to the lack of information on the aliens. The Parliament sided with the population, threatening a vote of no confidence if the Governor did not reveal more about the Covenant.[3] With the attack on Harvest and the mass migration to Utgard, Governor Thune ordered two militia squads to protect the parliament in case the growing number of refugees started to riot.[4]
The Parliament was likely dissolved after Harvest was evacuated and the planet was glassed by the Covenant.[5]
