Watchmaker was the shipboard AI for the destroyer Template:UNSCship. His avatar's appearance was that of a small man holding a giant pocket watch, which had a dozen hands and dials.
Background
He worked with Captain Preston J. Cole in several engagements during the Insurrection. The most notable was during the skirmish at the Theta Ursae Majoris System on June 2, 2501, where the Insurrectionist-captured frigate Bellicose fought the Gorgon to a draw.[1]
Trivia
Watchmaker's name may be intended as a reference to a famous quote by Albert Einstein in which he stated, "The release of atomic power has changed everything except our way of thinking ... the solution to this problem lies in the heart of mankind. If only I had known, I should have become a watchmaker."
