Peter Moritz is a high-ranking member of the Venezia Insurrectionist militia.
Biography
Peter Moritz was responsible for multiple bombings and ship hijackings in the Inner Colonies.[1] At some point Andrew Remo introduced Peter to Staffan Sentzke who informed him of his daughter's kidnapping. Shortly after buying Pious Inquisitor Staffan informed Peter of it, Peter was nervous about what the UNSC would think of this.
